Refund policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on www.asterpaperco.com. Aster Paper Co. is located at 21 Gibson Blvd, Clark, NJ 07066, United States.

Return window

We accept returns and exchanges on both defective and non-defective products within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping is paid by the customer. A flat rate of $8.95 applies to each return and is deducted from your refund. We do not provide free prepaid return labels.

Refund method and timing

You may choose store credit, an exchange for a different product, or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Condition requirements

  • Items must be unused with no visible signs of wear
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Any tags or seals must be intact

  • Digital downloads

How to start a return

  1. Go to your account at www.asterpaperco.com/account
  2. Log in with your email address and the verification code sent to your inbox
  3. Select your order and the items you wish to return
  4. Follow the prompts to request the return and generate your label
  5. Ship the items back using the label provided

If you checked out as a guest, email customerservice@asterpaperco.com with your order number and we will start the return for you.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email customerservice@asterpaperco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including original shipping, at no cost to you. The $8.95 return fee does not apply in these cases.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, this return policy applies.
