These Terms of Service govern your use of www.asterpaperco.com and any purchase you make from Aster Paper Co. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who we are

Aster Paper Co. is a limited liability company registered in the State of New Jersey, United States, located at 21 Gibson Blvd, Clark, NJ 07066. We are an online-only retailer of stationery, stickers, art prints, and related paper goods and accessories. We do not operate a physical storefront open to the public. 2. Products

Our products are designed in-house. Individual items are produced either in-house or by third-party manufacturing partners working to our specifications. We make every effort to display colours, materials, and dimensions accurately, but slight variation may occur between what you see on screen and the item you receive.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct errors in product descriptions or pricing. Where we cancel an order for any of these reasons, we will refund you in full.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated and shown before you complete payment. There are no membership fees, subscription charges, or other recurring obligations associated with a purchase. By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that your billing details are accurate.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Handling time is 1 to 3 business days. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

We accept returns and exchanges on both defective and non-defective products within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer at a flat rate of $8.95, deducted from your refund. You may choose store credit, an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method.

Custom and personalized products, discounted and final sale items, and digital downloads are not returnable. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with any tags or seals intact.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund the item in full, including shipping, at no cost to you, and the $8.95 return fee will not apply.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, illustrations, photographs, and text on this site are the property of Aster Paper Co. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify our content without prior written permission. Products are sold for personal use. Commercial or resale use requires a separate wholesale agreement, which you can request at customerservice@asterpaperco.com.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at customerservice@asterpaperco.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

8. Personal information

Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where the Privacy Policy and these Terms conflict on matters of personal data, the Privacy Policy controls.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except for the warranties and remedies expressly stated in these Terms and in our Return and Refund Policy, products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aster Paper Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, and nothing here removes your statutory rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. We will update the Last updated date at the top of this page when changes are made.
