Good questions
How early do you arrive, and how long do you stay?
We arrive 45 minutes before your start time to set up, and need about 30 minutes after to pack everything out. The time listed on each class is teaching time only.
Does it have to be at my house?
Nope. Offices, restaurants, event rooms. If there's a table and decent light, we're in.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 3 weeks. Weekends around the holidays and shower season fill first.
What if our headcount changes?
Add guests up to 14 days before. The 8-guest minimum still applies.
What if I need to cancel?
Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. It covers the supplies we buy and prep for your group. Cancel 14 or more days out and we refund anything paid beyond the deposit, or move your date once at no charge. Inside 14 days, the full balance is due and non-refundable, but we will move your date once for a $50 fee, based on availability. If we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund.
